“You’re a girl, it’s different”

That has got to be the most annoying phrase I have ever heard. My 16 year old little brother is barely passing any of his classes and got suspended within a month of attending high school for smoking on campus and posessing weed on campus. Then he burnt the carpet and furniture smoking hookag right after. the most he got grounded for was 2 Weeks. That Lil freak doesnt even have a curfew!

I, on the other hand, I was a 3.5 GPA student, never even touched dugs, and throughout my highschool career I never got suspended. Not once. I’m an hour late for my 11pm curfew? BAM. 2 months punishment right there. if im 2 hours late? ha, shipped off to my grandparents house with.all communications cut off.

I ask my mom why the Fuck am I treated differently, and she says, “its because youre a girl. Its different. You could get pregnant or even worse”

Are you fucking kidding me? Boys can GET girls pregnant. it take two you know. what the Fuck ever. what sucks even more is that every one I try to vent to agrees with my parents.
